Be Careful Ladies!

So, the other night I showed the Duke something he might like in a DD Romance.  There was just an idea that I thought could help us.  So what does he do?  Grabs my kindle and wouldn't hand it back for like five minutes.  There is a spanking scene, and he reads it, with me turning fifteen shades of red because I don't know what he's reading!  So then he asks what type of position they're talking about.

So, I read it too, turning a million shades of red now that I know what he just read.  {It wasn't sexual, but the thought of him reading about someone else getting spanked, getting ideas, YIKES}  The position described was with the man on the bed, the woman bent over one leg, and his other leg on top of hers to trap her there, and then one of his arms holding her back down.  Well, STUPID ME started showing him, and by the time I realized what I was doing and tried to get up and away, he already had me pinned.  Needless to say, even though I was being good, I got some hard swats to test out the effectiveness of this position.

Now, ladies and gentlemen, I'm tired tonight.  And got a swatting for going to bed late last night.  On the way over his knee, I was worried he'd try that position again.  So when he didn't, I let out a relieved sigh.  I didn't think about it.  But he heard it. :(  And asked me what I was so happy about.  I tried to deny it, but I quickly folded because I didn't want to lie, nor have a reason for a full out spanking session instead of only a minute or two of hard swats.  So I told him I was glad he didn't try to pin me while spanking me.  Yeah, you read that right, go ahead, laugh.  Shake your heads at me in disbelief.  I deserve it all.  And so you know where I was a few seconds later. :(  Yeah, not able to move.  I have now been told he LOVES this position.  Really? :(  Where is the crying face?  They don't make a crying face on here. :(

So, word to the wise, if you can get your brain to engage before your mouth, watch out what you share with your husbands!  Most of the things I don't like in DD?  I made a mistake and started speaking about before my brain caught up, and then it was too late to stop.

Oh boy.  Does anyone else have this problem?  I used to be so smart!  *shaking head*  And now it's all gone.

  1. Oh nooo! I have had this happen!
I mention something in passing about something that happened to a "friend" and then laughed about how he'd probably...uh oh...... then I cut myself off because my mouth was going to get me in trouble.. but he made me finish and tell him, then it only just GAVE him ideas of course!

    1. Emi, that is EXACTLY how it usually happens. LOL I need to stop talking about you women on here or I'll have no more freedoms. ;) We like to brag about our friends, or sometimes feel bad for our friends, and then we want to talk about them because we love them and they are on our hearts, so naturally, we talk to our husbands about them, and BAM, we just changed our rules, or consequences. LOL And thank you for the crying face, very cute. :) hehehe

  2. LoL Es May, sorry but this made me giggle. Oh yeah, I have so been there, too eager to siare. It's partially how we ended up with some of our rules, and the book!

    2. No worries, I make typos too. ;) It's the one things that shows I'm imperfect. *Ducking in case a lightning bolt is aimed at my head!* ;)

Yep, that is how I ended up with my rules book too... hmph... lol. I am glad it made you giggle. It does for me today too. :) Okay, I actually even broke out laughing during the spanking just thinking about telling you guys of my stupidity. How bad is that!? lol

  4. Even though I did have a LITTLE trouble believing your story (just about managed it after trying hard), I had to laugh.

    1. P.S. what was that DD romance?

    2. Oh, it's VERY true. LOL. We will be using this position again. ;)

    3. Oh Malcolm, that it weren't true. I really have a hard time feeling pinned. I get an almost clausterphobic feeling. But, the story is all too true. I sent you an email about what book it was. :) And I'm glad the story did make you laugh in the end. We are actually goofy like this a lot, and have decided to write more about it now that I'm more comfortable on here. So more stories, they all will be true, might be showing up. :)

    1. Yeah, I'm so honest with the Duke that I can't help it at times. In all honesty, it was a week or so ago, maybe less, that the Duke told me if I learned something that would help us in DD, I should tell him. Well I knew about the position for months. But I never thought of telling the Duke. It wasn't that I was hiding it from him, it just never occured to me to tell him. Other things though, I tell him now, half scared to death. It usually ends up with me blurting it out, and then trying to change the topic in the EXACT same breath... yeah, that doesn't ever work. :( lol

  6. Ya, my mouth gets me in trouble too.
This is a great post. I'm sorry, but I had to chuckle.
Good luck on the brain/mouth filter.

    1. Thank you, Daydreamer. I am glad I am not alone either. :) Makes me feel less stupid for being so honest with the Duke. lol I'm glad I'm honest, but I don't always feel smart about it. Especially when it's my bottom that pays. ;)

  8. Lol we all do this to ourselves, you're not alone at least in that manner Hugs

  9. LOL Es May. You described it to him and then showed him! That is the most secure spanking position ever. You are simply stuck and it gets used a whole lot around here. Live and learn I guess. :) You're very cute!

    1. You're making me blush, Susie, you and Daydreamer calling me cute. :) Yeah, I couldn't move. :( I was trapped. And he said he loved it. Yeah, go figure. lol It definitely is not one of my favorites. I do admit though, any position that keeps me against him I like better than being apart from him over the bed or such. So I shouldn't be too opposed to it... still, shouldn't a girl at least have the OPTION to get away? ;) Okay, yeah, I know. :)

  10. Ack! Ryan does not even know those types of books exist.....and I am trying very hard to keep it that way! Good luck with the new position!

    1. Yeah, HIDE THEM. ;) I really thought the Duke would only read the couple of paragraphs I showed him. I did not expect him to read further. He never has on anything else I've ever shown him. And in the end we both would have been innocent. I wasn't keeping the position from him, I just never thought to tell him. He even asked me how long I know of the position. *GULP* Great, now how many other things has this happened on? Pray for my poor behind. lol

  11. Hey Es May,

Oh how I hate that position!! What were you thinking when you let him read it and then showed him how? I think we have all probably put our mouth before our brains at some stage when we talk to the HoH about what we have read. I am VERY careful now of what I share :)

    Hugs :)

    1. Hez, I was thinking only of the couple paragraphs, and nothing more. So from now on, I either read it to him, or explain the idea afterwards! lol So... what things are you very careful about sharing, or not sharing? ;)

Will this work with any spanking book I got to try it on Bobbie

    1. HAHAHAHA Oh Bob, I'm not going to help get Bobbie into hot water here. ;) She might not be thankful. ;) I don't know about any spanking book, I've only read a few. I don't do well with reading sex scenes, or a lot of swearing, so I've been very careful with what I've read. They all were free but one, and that one I only bought because the author had proven in one of the free ones I got that she was trust worthy. Others I had to quicly put away. So, my expertise on it is limited. Sorry. But in the few I have read, I have learned ideas from them all, I'll be honest about that. :) I am so glad that you got a good laugh. I never thought I'd make people laugh to the point of tears, that's awesome. :)

  13. LOL...Been there, done that....just like the bunch before me. Not the exact position but, I've let my mouth go before my brain...many times. I can't even giggle when I'm reading those books because George will want to know what I'm reading about.

    1. Oh, that is so happening here lately too. I have no idea what will happen if I laugh during a DD book. He's all the sudden very intrested in what I'm reading, and that DD book did NOT help. lol Will have to let you know once I know. :)

    1. Oh yeah, why is it that we pay for the ideas floating around out there? Maybe we should start finding little ways for the husbands to be worried for themselves? ;) Okay, not seriously, but it would be nice to put the shoe on the other foot for a day. :)

  15. I'd have been blushing too...and my guy is totally a fan of that position too;) He figured it out on his own once when I was squirming too much for his liking. You now how creative our guys can get Es May...no need to hand the ideas over on a silver platter girl! ;)

  16. I told StrongMan about a positiion I thought he would enjoy for playful times, it had nothing at all to do with spanking... However, it has now become one of his favorite positions. It's very awkward and reavealing... I always feel scarlet when he tells me to get in that position.

  17. Yep, I've made that mistake before. I said something about Stormy and her Ogre having a shed they go to for privacy. We have a shed, but it's full to the brim so I felt pretty safe in saying it. The next thing I know Steve was talking about cleaning out the front part of the shed with the intent of only having one item left-a chair. Thankfully he got busy and forgot all about it for a while, but lately he's been on a cleaning/organizing spree and I cringe every time he talks about taking on the mess in the shed.

    1. LOL Okay, now I'm laughing at your story! Yeah, I see a clean shed in your future... you better start needing to gut the house of unwanted items and taking them there in the day when he isn't looking! ;) lol Oh, you know, I think the worst thing about the shed would be walking out to it, wondering who could see you. *gulp*

  18. I imagine we've all mentioned or explained things that later on we wished we hadn't! Michael is very good at pinning me in place, in a variety of different positions. He's also adept at making me want to hold myself in place. Hmmph!

    1. Maybe don't get Michael to tell Duke the rest of those pinning positions???? ;) Yeah, the Duke is learning to keep me in place too, without restraint. yeah... not so much fun here either. lol

Please feel free to leave any comments, but I do ask you to be kind. We go into this with eyes wide open after months of prayer, and a peace in our hearts that this is the right choice before God for our marriage. I am open to questions from those who wonder why we made this choice, but I would ask for no personal attacks. Thank you. :)
